Chef Heather will post her recipe for the Jamaican Jerk Chicken seasoning soon. In the meantime, here’s how you make her delicious Cucumber Dill Salad:


5 cucumbers, sliced
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. of sugar
1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of fresh dill, finely chopped

Mix together ingredients. Chill.
