1 head savoy cabbage, shredded 3/4-inch slices
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper
1 1/4 Tbsp. ginger, minced
1 lime

Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium high heat.  Add cabbage and stir fry until cabbage starts to wilt slightly.  Add garlic, salt and pepper.  Cook 1 minute.  Add ginger. Cook an additional 1 minute.  Squeeze lime halves over the stir fry and serve.
