1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp butter
4 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp milk
salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium low heat.  Saute broccoli for 3 minutes or until just heated through.  Pour eggs into pan and scramble.

When eggs have about a minute to go, stir in cheddar cheese and allow to melt.  Serve with toast.
