4  pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 apples, thinly sliced
1 cup pecans

In a large skillet, cook pork chops in 1 tablespoon butter for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.  In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Remove chops. Add apples, pecans, brown sugar mixture and remaining butter to the skillet; cook and stir until apples are tender. Serve with chops.
