olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
24 mushrooms, chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 pound broccoli raab, stems removed
1 pkg. angel hair pasta
black pepper
Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)

Saute mushrooms and garlic about 2 minutes in olive oil. Add bread crumbs and red pepper flakes and cook about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Boil broccoli raab in large pot for 5 minutes. Drain and chop. Cook pasta in same pot.

Add cooked broccoli raab and 1/2 cup of olive to skillet with garlic and mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix. Reheat as pasta finishes. Drain pasta and toss with broccoli raab in skillet. Serve topped with parmesan.
