(After this week, you’ll never be able to claim: I don’t know what to do with my napa cabbage.) 😉

1 head napa cabbage, shredded
4 green onions , chopped finely
1 med. carrot, grated
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup cilantro leaf
3 tablespoons toasted almonds , sliced
2 pkg. ramen noodles, crushed
2 cups chicken breasts, cooked
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp gingerroot, minced
2 pks. ramen chicken seasoning

In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients.  In a small bowl, combing the rest of the ingredients except set one small pack of ramen seasoning aside. Pour the contents of small bowl into large bowl. Sprinkle remaining ramen seasoning on top. Refrigerate overnight.
