3 cups chopped napa cabbage
6 mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
24 thawed, cleaned shrimp
2 tsp green onion, chooped
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil

Stir fry garlic in oil until golden brown.  Add shrimp.  Cook until white and pink.  Add mushrooms, green onion, and chopped napa cabbage. Stir fry for 1 minute and then add in the soy sauce.  Stir well until cabbage is heated, but not overcooked.  Serve immediately.
