Ingredients:
Kale leaves
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Remove kale stems.  (Stems cause bitter taste.) Rinse kale leaves thoroughly.  Pat dry.  Spread them on a cookie sheet. Preferably, spray with olive oil.  Tossing with olive oil is an option, but you may miss spots or use too much.  Salt and pepper leaves lightly. Bake 7 minutes. Using tongs, turn the leaves over. Bake 7 more minutes or until crispy.  Leaves crack and break clean when done.
