  • Red kale, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, chopped
  • Soy sauce

1. Wash and finely chop the red kale.
2. Melt olive oil in a pan, add the chopped red kale and then some chopped garlic. Cook until tender, about ten or so minutes.
3. Finish with a dash of soy sauce.
